"American golfing champion Muffin Spencer-Devlin has become the first player in the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) to come out as a lesbian. Spencer-Devlin, 42, who has won three LPGA tournaments in her prestigious 18-year-long tour career, said: I don't want to be regarded as the elected head lesbian of the LPGA. I just don't want to live a secret life any longer."
